• Promoter Academy, a product of Involve Global Agency ("Involve"),and its associated services are provided "as is," "subject to availability," and contingentupon the acceptance of these terms and conditions. By using the services of Promoter Academy, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks and responsibilities. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Involve disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
• That the Promoter Academy services will meet your specific requirements or operate without disruption, errors, or issues.
• That all identified issues or errors will be resolved promptly.
• That the services will function seamlessly with third-party integrations or related ecosystem elements.
• Involve disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. Users engage with Promoter Academy attheir own risk and discretion.

Role and Purpose
 

• Promoter Academy serves as a training and development platform for promoters associated with Involve Global Agency. It provides educational resources,guidelines, and tools to
• support ethical and effective promotion of Involve’s associated platforms and products. Promoter Academy does not guarantee:
• Specific monetary outcomes or income levels.
• Lifetime benefits, residual incomes, or fixed earnings.
• Employment relationships, as all promoters are independent contractors; there is no specific employment agreement between promoters and Involve. Instead, there will be a service agreement between Involve and the promoter.
• Participation in Promoter Academy does not establish an employer- employee relationship.Promoters are solely responsible for their taxes, compliance with local labour laws, and business practices.
• Community Guidelines and Conduct Promoters participating in Promoter Academy are expected to:
• Treat all users, team members, and peers with respect and courtesy.
• Avoid spamming, fraudulent activities, or sharing inappropriate content.
• Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in any form.
• Do not fraud in the normal progress of the academy to get the courses.

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Official Warnings: For minor infractions such as spamming or inappropriate language.
• Temporary Suspension or Permanent Removal: For repeated or severe violations, such as harassment or sharing inappropriate content.
• Legal Actions: For activities involving fraud, impersonation, hacking, or other unlawful conduct.
• Data Privacy and Security Involve Global Agency is committed to protecting the privacy and data of all participants in Promoter Academy. Measures include:
• Compliance with global privacy standards, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Encryption of personal data and secure storage.
• Limited sharing of data with third parties, only when essential for service functionality and with user consent.

While robust security practices are implemented, Involve cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats. Participants are encouraged to:

• Enable two-factor authentication.
• Use strong, unique passwords for platform access.
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal information unnecessarily.
• Training and Performance Requirements
• To obtain the status of company promoter it is necessary to complete at least 50 of the academy's mandatory training modules. 
• Training includes lessons on platform usage, ethical promotion strategies, and commercial skills.
• Failure to complete training modules may result in suspension or termination of access to Promoter Academy resources.

Compensation and Earnings
While Promoter Academy equips participants with tools and strategies for success, earnings are subject to:

• The promoter’s adherence to ethical guidelines and performance metrics.
• Verification of referrals and promotional activities.
• Variations in market conditions and company policy.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust compensation structures and does not guarantee fixed, residual income or recurring income. Promoters are solely responsible for any transaction charges, taxes, or fees associated with earnings.

Refund Policy
All payments for access to Promoter Academy resources, training modules, or associated services are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Promoters are advised to review all purchases carefully before proceeding. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability
Involve Global Agency disclaims liability for any harm, inconvenience, or loss arising from participation in Promoter Academy, including:

• Misuse of training resources or promotional tools.
• Disputes between promoters or with third parties.
• Consequences of fraudulent or unethical activities by participants.
• In no event shall Involve, its affiliates, employees, or representatives be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
• Termination and Suspension Promoter status and access to Promoter Academy may be terminated or suspended for:
• Breach of guidelines, ethical policies, or terms and conditions.
• Involvement in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activities.
• Non-compliance with training or performance requirements.
• Suspended promoters may appeal decisions within seven (7) days, and reinstatement will be subject to review and corrective actions.

Force Majeure
Involve Global Agency is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or severe weather conditions.
• Cyber-attacks, technical failures, or internet outages.
• Government actions or regulations.
• Intellectual Property, Proprietary Rights, and Confidentiality

All content, materials, and resources provided by Promoter Academy, including but not limited to training modules, strategies, proprietary tools, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, are the exclusive property of Involve Global Agency. These assets are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, and participants agree to the following terms:

Ownership and Usage Rights:

Involve Global Agency retains exclusive ownership of all proprietary materials and intellectual property provided through Promoter Academy.

Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these resources solely for the purposes outlined in their service agreement with PromoterAcademy.

Prohibitions:

Participants may not:

• Reproduce, copy, creation and integration of watermark personalization on videos, distribute, or share proprietary content without prior written authorization from Involve Global Agency.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any proprietary tools, resources, or software provided by Promoter Academy.
• Use any intellectual property belonging to Involve Global Agency in a way that harms the company’s reputation, interests, or operations.
• Confidentiality Obligations:
• Participants agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all proprietary materials, tools, strategies, and any other non-public information provided by Promoter Academy.
• Participants must not disclose, share, or reproduce such confidential information to thirdparties without prior written consent from Involve Global Agency.
• Breaches of confidentiality, including unauthorized sharing or use of proprietary materials,will result in immediate termination of access to Promoter Academy and potential legal action.

Violations and Penalties:

Any misuse, infringement, or unauthorized use of proprietary content will result in:

Immediate suspension or termination of access to Promoter Academy.

Potential legal action for damages and financial penalties, including compensation for any harm caused to Involve Global Agency intellectual property rights or reputation.

This clause is binding upon all participants of Promoter Academy, ensuring the protection of Involve Global Agency intellectual property rights while reinforcing participants' obligations to confidentiality and proper use.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These terms and conditions are governedby the laws of Dubai, UAE. Participants agree to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and decisions will be final and binding.

Participant Liability Waiver Participants agree to assume full responsibility for theiractions while engaging with Promoter Academy resources and interactions. Any legal orfinancial consequences arising from misuse of resources or violations of local laws are solely the participant’s responsibility.

Support for Participants Involve offers dedicated support channels, including a helpdesk and email communication, to address participant inquiries, technical challenges, or concerns related to Promoter Academy.

Updates and Notifications Involve reserves the right to update or amend these termsand conditions as necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes through the contact information provided duringregistration. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Legal Jurisdiction All disputes related to Promoter Academy shall be governed by the jurisdiction of Dubai, UAE. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts while respecting Involve’s rights to enforce its policies in other applicablejurisdictions.

Penalties for Community Violations To maintain a respectful, safe, and trustworthy environment, Involve enforces strict penalties for violations of community guidelines. These include:

• Official warnings for minor infractions.
• Content moderation and removal for violations of platform policies.
• Temporary suspensions or permanent bans for severe or repeated violations.
• Legal actions for unlawful conduct, such as fraud or impersonation.

Appeals Process Participants have the right to appeal penalties within seven (7) days of receiving a notice. Appeals will be reviewed by a designated committee, and final decisions will be communicated promptly.

Expanded Support Provisions Involve will provide additional technical resources,FAQs, and live support options to address complex participant needs, ensuring a smoother experience with Promoter Academy.

Financial Penalties Promoters found exploiting platform vulnerabilities, engaging in fraud, or causing financial harm may be subject to restitution and financial penalties asdetermined by platform policies.

Enhanced Training Resources Promoter Academy will offer extended modules on ethical promotion, digital marketing skills, and platform integration techniques to enhance participant outcomes.

Non-Solicitation Clause Promoters must not solicit other participants to join competing platforms or engage in activities that undermine the interests of Involve Global Agency. Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of access to the platform and potential legal action.

Audit Rights Involve reserves the right to audit promoters’ activities to ensure compliance with the platform’s ethical standards, performance    metrics,    and    community    guidelines.

Indemnity Clause
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Involve Global Agency, its directors, employees, affiliates, and third parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to the misuse of Promoter Academy resources, third-party claims caused by content or actions originating from participants, and non-compliance with theseterms and conditions. This indemnification explicitly includes but is not limited to anydamages or liabilities resulting from users’ violations of intellectual property rights, fraudulent activities, or content that breaches applicable laws, regulations, or the terms set forth by Involve Global Agency. Participants are fully responsible for any harm caused to the company or third parties due to their actions or omissions while engaging with Promoter Academy.

Children and Minors
The platform is intended only for users who have reached the age of majority under the laws of their country or jurisdiction. Minors, as defined by applicable law, may not create accounts or access the platform. Involve reserves the right to take appropriate action, including deletion of accounts, to ensure compliance with this policy.

Acknowledgment
By participating in Promoter Academy, you acknowledge that youhave read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including all associated risks and responsibilities.
