INVOLVE ACADEMY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms carefully as they constitute a binding contract between the parties and contain importantinformation about the user's legal rights, remedies and obligations.
Introduction
This site has the function of acting as a contract between INVOLVE (hereinafter the "Company", "we" or "us", "my") and its users (hereinafter "Client", "customers", "users" or "user"). This page details the terms and conditions of use of the courses and servicesoffered by the Company from one of its official websites https://academy.involvemarketing.agency/en/login/
(hereinafter the "Website") and other websites where its services or any other product are promoted. By accessing any of the Company's products on its website, the Client automatically confirms that he agrees to all the terms detailed herein.
By accessing the INVOLVE Promoter Academy website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to thefollowing terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). This includes your acceptance of any modifications made to these terms and conditions from time to time, without limitation or reservation.
If you are not willing to accept this Agreement in its entirety, please stop using Inlove immediately.
Account creation
Creating an account on INVOLVE Academy is an essential step to access teaching services and enjoy all the features it offers. You can explore our academy platform and start the training process to earn the INVOLUCR Promoter badge. To become a promoter,joining the academy is only possible through the referral option; No alternative methods are available.
Promotors Academy Enrollment Process
To enroll in our Promoters Academy, you must first have an account in the INLOVE social network. This account created in INLOVE must have been referenced by a role either by the global, continental, internationa or promoter level1 advocates of INVOLVE's hierarchical structure of advocates, regardless of the level or rank of the advocate. Then, in the profile panel, the option to take the Academy will be enabled. Entering this option will open the academy portal on a website where, with the same data from the main INLOVE account, you will be registered in the academy and will be able to start the class modules according to the INCLUDE course plan. For promoters to be able to withdraw their sales commissions in the INLOVE app, it is mandatory to take and complete the INVOLVE Promoters Academy courses.
Referral Links
After the user has created an account in the academy, the user will receive a unique referral link that can be used by other peoplewho have the potential to be promoters of INVOLVE.
INVOLVE reserves the right to accept, reject or suspend account registration requests via a referral link, and retains this right at the time before, now and after the registration and account creation of all users.
General rules
Please keep in mind the following general rules, to ensure the best service to the entire INVOLVE Academy course community:
Users must confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement defined by the laws of their jurisdiction before accessing INVOLVE Academy. INVOLVE reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure
to provide such proof upon request will result in account suspension or termination, along with the loss of any course access or certifications.
Users must have at their disposal the electronic elements or means to receive the classes or modules of the INVOLVE Academy course. Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices (computers, tablets, smartphones) meet the technical requirements necessary to access INVOLVE Academy courses, including but not limited to operating systems, browsers, and software updates. Users should ensure that they have a stable and sufficient internet connection to stream or downloadthe course materials, as INVOLVE is not responsible for interruptions due to
poor internet service. The courses are optimized for specific browsers (e.g., Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox) and platforms, and users should check their preferred browser's compatibility with the Academy's website or app. Certain course modules may require additional software (e.g., PDF readers, video players, or interactive tools), and users are responsible for obtaining and maintaining these programs at their own expense. While most course materials are mobile-friendly, access to certain features or activities may be required via a desktop or laptop computer. INVOLVE is not responsible for limited functionality on mobile devices. Technical support is provided for platform-related issues, but INVOLVE is not responsible for troubleshooting user hardware,
third-party software, or network issues. Some courses may include integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams), and users are responsible for ensuring. They have access to these platforms and maintain compliance with their terms of use. Users are discouraged from accessing their accounts on shared or public devices, as INVOLVE cannot be held responsible for violations caused by the use of unsecured devices. Certain courses may include technical language or be optimized for specific language settings, and users should ensure that their devices support therequired language packs or character sets.
Always treat tutors and other users, students of the course, with respect. Any attitude of harassment, hatred, discrimination, towards the tutor or student, are sufficient grounds to be expelled from the INVOLVE Academy and the INLOVE Ecosystem without prior notice.
The account registered on our platform is for personal use, you may not share or transmit it without the prior authorization of INVOLVE.
Do not record or share course sessions without INVOLVE's permission.
Modules
To receive a certificate from the INVOLVE promoting academy, the user will have several modules at their disposal. Within eachmodule, you will find many lessons about INLOVE's visions and the INLOVE's visions. You will also find details on how to use theINLOVE app with its rules and terms of use, trading strategies, and other lessons that are useful for your profile on the INLOVE social network.
To monitor users' progress in developing the modules, INVOLVE will use assessment methods such as conducting surveys, readings, assessments or exams, writing and reflection activities.
To receive the INVOLVE Promoter badge on the INLOVE social network, the user must complete the academy modules, and these modules must be passed with excellent grades. The duration of the four modules is a maximum of three months for each user. If theuser does not take them within the established time, they will be expelled from the INVOLVE promoting academy. Each module will consist of the following:
Flexible modules: The remaining modules are flexible, and can be completed by promoters at any time during the three months. However, it is recommended that all modules be completed as soon as possible so that
the user can ensure good performance in the application.
Course Modules
The courses are divided into structured modules. Users must complete all modules with a minimum qualification to receive a certificate.
Completion Schedule
Users must complete the modules within 90 days. Failure to do so may result in expulsion.
Evaluation
Evaluation is Made through Contests Assignments and participation.
INVOLVE Certification
Users who successfully complete and meet the requirements to pass the INVOLVE course modules will receive a certificate for eachmodule completed. Upon completion of all INVOLVE modules, they will receive a final certificate stating that they have passed and met the requirements for each INVOLVE module and all training.
Intellectual property
All training content (courses, workshops, classes, etc.) and publications on the Website (articles, posts, pages, texts, videos,tutorials, podcasts, images, graphics, infographics and others) have been created by the Company (or with the support of its team), and are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights. Under no circumstances will these rights be transferred or assigned without the prior, explicit and written consent of INVOLVE. The content of the training courses may not be reproduced, disseminated, sold, distributed or used for commercial or non-commercial purposes. For example, worksheets, videos, lectures or texts obtained from the training
may not be shared on social networks. It is important to understand that, even if the user has purchased the training, the content of such training belongs to the Company and may not be shared or reproduced in any way, or on any platform. And, of course, it is illegal to profit from the sale of the Company's courses or content, which is known as "piracy". This is a crime and causes damage tothe business, resulting in lost sales, among many other damages, and is therefore punishable by law.

The purpose of this course is to provide training and educational resources to individuals who wish to be a part of the INVOLUCR Promotores Academy. The information provided in this course is based on industry experience and best practices.
The User understands that all services provided by INVOLVE in connection with access to the courses are provided "as is", i.e. without any warranties, representations or guarantees, including, but not limited to, warranties relating to quality, non-infringement,fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or expectation or course of performance. The User chooses to access the courses and collaborate with INVOLVE on a purely voluntary basis and does not hold INVOLVE liable if the User is not satisfied with any part of the courses.
INVOLVE and the course instructors do not guarantee specific results or success in social interactions due to participation in thiscourse. Results may vary based on individual and societal factors that are beyond the control of course organizers.
The information and materials provided during the course are for educational purposes only and to train individuals prepared to interact in any region of the world. Participants are responsible for applying the information ethically and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in their area of operation.
The Modules should not be considered as a substitute for professional advice in areas such as self-improvement, marketing, legal or other strategies.
The user agrees that he has no cause of action, no legal remedy, and no right to compensation if he does not achieve the desired results after the completion of his participation in any of the courses.
The user also agrees to hold INVOLVE harmless if any physical, emotional or financial damage occurs as a direct or indirect result of its courses. The content provided by INVOLVE on its website and within its courses is made up of information that has worked for INVOLVE and other clients and may or may not be useful to the user in their personal life. The user understands that the Company cannot guarantee the results of its courses and has no expectation of a specific result for which it holds INVOLVE responsible.
The user also understands the content of the course and participates freely and voluntarily. The information contained in the coursemay not be suitable for all individuals, and the user understands that INVOLVE may modify, edit, or change some of the educational lessons within the course to make it applicable to the user.
INVOLVE assumes no responsibility for interactions between users of the service. All communications, negotiations, transactions, and any other type of interaction that takes place between users are the sole responsibility of the users.
INVOLVE shall not be liable for any inconvenience, dispute, loss, damage, claim or any other matter that may arise between users because of their interactions. This includes, but is not limited to, personal, business, financial, legal, or any other disputes.
In no event shall ININVOLUCRE, its affiliates, employees, directors, agents or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from any interaction between users, even if INVOLVE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By using the Service, users acknowledge and agree that they do so at their own risk and discretion. INVOLVE encourages all users to take the necessary precautions and to behave responsibly when interacting with other users.
Any disputes that arise between users must be resolved independently between them. INVOLVE will not intervene or mediate in disputes between users.
However, INVOLVE reserves the right to take appropriate action if any user conduct violates INVOLVE's terms of service or policies.
Voluntary participation
The user understands and agrees that he/she is voluntarily choosing to enroll in the course(s) and is solely responsible for any results. While the Company believes in the services offered, the user acknowledges and agrees that ENVOLVE is not liable to the user in the event that the user suffers any injury, incurs any damage, or encounters negative ramifications. The user agrees that they are fullyresponsible for their health and well-being, including participation in the courses and any results thereof.
Modification of the Terms of Use
The Company reserves the right to modify the conditions at any time in accordance with the needs of the website, the business andthe legislation in force. In case of changes to the conditions of the courses or services, this website will be notified, and if the changes are very significant, users and customers will be notified by email as soon as possible.
Non-Compete Clause
By enrolling in and completing the courses offered by INVOLVE Academy, users acknowledge and agree to adhere to a strict non-compete policy to protect the proprietary knowledge, methodologies, and strategies taught during their training. Specifically, users agree not to create, develop, promote, or participate in any competing services, platforms, or educational programs such as those offered by INVOLVE Academy for a period of two years after the completion of their courses. This restriction applies to both direct and indirect competition. Direct competition includes building businesses, platforms, or services that replicate or mimic INVOLVE's course content, methodologies, or business models. Indirect competition includes consulting, advising or collaborating with third parties seeking to develop similar offerings, leveraging the knowledge gained from INVOLUCR courses. The non-compete clause ensures that users do not misuse proprietary knowledge or confidential information acquired during their tenure at INVOLVE Academy. The non-compete clause applies globally, reflecting the scope of INVOLVE Academy's services and its digital accessibility. Users agree not to engage in competitive activities regardless of their geographic location or the jurisdiction in whichthey operate. This includes launching online platforms, organizing training programs, or distributing derivative materials from ENGAGE content, either in part or in full. To further protect INVOLVE's interests, users are prohibited from recruiting other academy participants, instructors, or employees for competing companies. Any attempt to solicit or steal talent or resources from INVOLVE will be considered a direct violation of this agreement and may result in immediate legal action. In addition, users agreenot to disclose proprietary course strategies, techniques, or confidential content to third parties who may leverage such information for competitive purposes. The two-year duration is considered reasonable to safeguard the company's market position and intellectual property, while allowing users sufficient time to carry out unrelated activities or establish themselves in non-competing industries. Users are encouraged to participate in collaborative efforts or ventures that align with INVOLVE's mission, provided they have prior written approval from academia. Violation of this non-compete clause will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to financial damages, legal proceedings, and loss of any certifications or privileges granted by INVOLVE Academy. The Company reserves the right to seek injunctive relief to prevent further breaches and to recover all costs, including legal fees, associated with the application of this clause. The non-compete agreement is binding and will remain in effect regardless of the user's employment status
with INVOLVE, course completion status, or any other association with the academy. By enrolling in INVOLVE Academy, users explicitly agree to the terms of this non-compete clause and acknowledge its enforceability under applicable local, national, or international laws. This clause ensures that the integrity, value, and uniqueness of INVOLVE Academy's offerings are preserved,benefiting both the company and its legitimate participants. Users are advised to seek independent legal advice if they have any questions or concerns about the scope or implications of this non-compete clause before signing up.
Modification or Termination of Our Services
INVOLVE reserves the right to modify the content, structure, methodology, dates and any other aspect related to the course services at any time and at its sole discretion. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements, and we may suspend or stop part of our Services entirely. We may not be able to provide the Services to certain regions or countries for a variety of reasons, including due to applicable export control requirements or government limitations and restrictions on internet access, or for business or reputational reasons. Users understand and accept this clause and it fully releases INVOLVE from any liability that may arise from these situations.
Data Privacy
The data requested are essential for the performance of the services or academic courses, in each case. The Client's data will be incorporated into a mailing list, in order to be able to send information from the INLOVE social network, based on the services or training they have purchased. If you do not wish to receive this information and would like us to delete your data, you should simply unsubscribe from that mailing list using the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails we send you. Privacy Policy
Resignation
The Company cannot guarantee the technical continuity of the website, failures or interruptions in the web service, or that thewebsite (and therefore access to online courses) will always be accessible, for reasons beyond our control.
Occasionally there are technical problems, viruses, accidental attacks on the website, or any other problem that makes it impossible toaccess training or service through the website. We are committed to working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible, but it willnot be admissible to seek compensation of any kind if this occurs, nor will it be admissible to pay compensation if a claim is made by the user.
The Company also reserves the right to sell the business, transfer it, or close it. If this is the case, users and customers will be informed by email as soon as possible. In the event of closure of the business, access to the training (recorded courses) will be lost due to the closure of the business and the web platforms that host the contents and courses of the same, and no compensation or claim for money can be requested.
Access to the Company's courses implies acceptance of this clause.
Advertising and other INVOLVE services
By enrolling in the course, users agree that during the development of the modules they may receive advertising and promotionalcontent. This content can come in a variety of forms, such as advertisements, product or service
recommendations, and sponsor mentions.
This advertising and promotional content will be subject to INVOLVE discrete criteria.
Force Majeure INVOLVE
Academy will not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), government-imposed restrictions or regulations, wars, civil unrest, labor strikes, pandemics, cyberattacks, or any other unforeseen event that prevents the normal operation of the platform or the provision of services. At the instant of a Force Majeure situation, INVOLVE Academy will make all reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as possible. However, users acknowledge that these circumstances may result in delays or modifications to course schedules, platform functionality, or access to purchased materials. INVOLVE shall not be obligated to provide refunds, credits or any form of compensation for interruptions caused by Force Majeure events. In addition, users agree that INVOLVE is not responsible for any loss of data, financial damage, or other inconvenience resulting from interruptions caused by such events.
While INVOLVE will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of force majeure events, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to its services during these events. By enrolling in INVOLVE Academy, users explicitly agree to the terms of this Force Majeure clause and agree to release INVOLVE from any claims or liabilities arising from incidents beyond the company's control.
Limitations of Liability
The total liability of INVOLVE Academy, its affiliates, employees, directors, agents or representatives, for any claim, loss, damage or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of its services, materials or courses shall be strictly limited to the amount paidby the user for the specific course or service in question.
Under no circumstances shall INVOLVE Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of the use of or inability to use the academy's services, even if INVOLVE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Users acknowledge that all courses, materials and services provided by INVOLVE Academy are delivered "as is" and agree thatany dissatisfaction or lack of expected results does not constitute grounds for claims in excess of the amount paid for the course. In addition, INVOLVE assumes no responsibility for any third-party actions, user conduct, or technical issues beyond its control that may affect the user experience. By agreeing to these terms, users agree to the limitations of liability described in this clause andwaive any right to claim damages in excess of the fees paid for the services rendered.
Third-Party Services
INVOLVE Academy may use third-party services, tools, or platforms to deliver its courses, including but not limited to hosting, payment processing, communication tools, and other technologies. Users acknowledge that these third-party services operate independently of INVOLVE and are governed by their respective terms and conditions.
INVOLVE Academy does not guarantee the functionality, accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party services and is not responsible for any problems, interruptions, or damages caused by their use. This includes, but is not limited to, serviceinterruptions, data breaches, delays, or technical failures caused by third-party vendors.
Users agree to independently review and comply with the terms of service of these third-party tools where applicable. Any disputes,claims, or concerns arising from the use of such third-party services should be directed to the respective service provider.
Technology
INVOLVE is not responsible for any specific technology that the user may need to view and correctly use the material or courses.
No contempt
By enrolling in INVOLVE Academy, users agree to refrain from making false, misleading, defamatory, or derogatory statements about INVOLVE Academy, its affiliates, employees, representatives, services, or associated programs. This includes, but is notlimited to, verbal, written, or digital communication, such as social media posts, reviews, public forums, or any other means.
Users acknowledge that INVOLVE Academy's integrity and reputation are vital to its operations, and any action aimed at damaging its image may result in immediate termination of access to the Academy's services, withdrawal of certifications, or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.
If users have concerns or complaints, they are encouraged to address them directly with INVOLVE through formal channels, such as email or designated customer service, to ensure resolution. In addition, users agree that constructive criticism or feedback will bedelivered privately and respectfully, in accordance with professional communication standards.
Failure to comply with this clause may result in legal repercussions, including claims for damages incurred due to reputationaldamage caused by a breach of this agreement. Users hereby agree to these terms as a condition of their participation in INVOLVE Academy programs.
Termination of Access
INVOLVE Academy reserves the exclusive right to suspend or terminate a user's access to its courses, programs, and associated services in its sole discretion if it is determined that the user has violated the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of intellectual property rights, prohibited activities, failure to meet payment obligations, unauthorized sharing of course materials, misuse of referral links, or engaging in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
Upon termination, the user will lose all access to course materials, certifications, and any other benefits provided by the Academy. The user shall not be entitled to any credits or compensatory claims for the unused portions of the services. In addition, INVOLVE reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities or take legal action in cases of significant violations, such as fraudulent activity or defamation.
Users are encouraged to maintain ethical behavior and comply with all terms to ensure uninterrupted access to Academy resources. Ifaccess is terminated, users may appeal the decision through formal communication channels within seven
(7) business days of notification. However, INVOLVE retains the final authority to decide on reinstatement, and its decision will befinal and binding.
Course modifications INVOLVE
Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or alter course content, fees, policies, or any other aspect of its services in its sole discretion. These changes may include, but are not limited to, updates to course materials, the addition or removal of modules,revisions to pricing structures, or adjustments to user terms of access. Such modifications aim to improve the overall quality and relevance of the Academy's offerings and ensure compliance with evolving educational standards and legal requirements.
In the event of significant changes, INVOLVE will make reasonable efforts to notify users through official communication channels, including email or notifications through the user portal, at least seven (7) business days prior to the implementation of the changes. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing
the terms and conditions, as continued access to the course or participation in the Academy will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
INVOLVE cannot be held responsible for any perceived inconvenience, dissatisfaction, or loss arising from course modifications. Users acknowledge and agree that such changes are a necessary component of maintaining a high- quality educational platform. Ifa user decides to discontinue their participation due to changes, no refunds or compensation, as described in the Payments Terms, will be provided.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes, disagreements, or claims arising out of or relating to the terms, services, or use of INVOLVE Academy, including but not limited to course content, payment issues, or user interactions, must first be addressed through mediation. Both sides agree to make a genuine attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiations. The mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed independent mediator within thirty (30) days after one party notifies the other of the dispute. If mediation does not resolve the issue, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Dubai in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. This clause does not restrict INVOLVE Academy's right to seek immediate injunctive relief for breaches related to intellectual property infringement, unauthorized use of course materials, or other violations that may cause irreparable harm. By enrolling in INVOLVE Academy, users agree to waive their right to litigate in any court, except where otherwise required by applicable law, and adhere to these dispute resolution terms.
Applicable legislation
This Agreement, together with any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to its terms, conditions, or enforcement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By enrolling in INVOLVE Academy,users expressly agree that any legal matter, interpretation or resolution relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction and legal framework of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any legal proceedings brought in connection with this Agreement or its associated services shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise provided for in the applicable arbitration or mediation clauses contained herein. This clause ensures a consistent legal basis for all interactions and transactions with INVOLVE Academy.
Misuse of certification
Certificates issued by INVOLVE Academy are solely for recognition of successful course completion and must reflect the user'sgenuine achievements. Under no circumstances may these certificates be forged, altered, duplicated, or misrepresented in any way. Users are prohibited from sharing, selling, or transferring certificates to unauthorized persons or entities. Any attempt to misuse the certificates, including presenting fraudulent credentials or altering the original format, will result in immediate revocation of the certification, termination of the user's account, and possible legal action to address the violation. This clause is designed to maintain the integrity and authenticity of INVOLVE Academy's certifications and to protect the reputation of its accredited programs.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INVOLVE, its successors and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, licensors, advertisers, suppliers, and operational service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages (to the extent attributable to you under applicable law), including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party relating to: (a) your use or attempted use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (c) User Content, including, without limitation, any claim ofinfringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
Loss of InLove Membership Seller Authorization
This clause establishes the conditions under which a user, who has completed the compulsory classes or modules of INCLUDE,may lose the right to receive the certificate of the course taught as well as the position as a PROMOTER of the INLOVE social network for the following reasons:
Act fraudulently towards third parties using any INLOVE and INVOLVE product.
Offering the INLOVE and INVOLVE product in a dishonest manner, misleadingly inducing the buyer to buy it.
Providing false or misleading information about the features, benefits, or conditions of INLOVE and INVOLVE products.
Concealment important information that Could affect the buyer's decision.
Altering, falsifying, or creating fraudulent documents to close a sale of an INLOVE product.
Presenting false credentials, certifications or authorizations.
Impersonating another promoter, representative or entity without authorization.
Use personal information of others without their consent to make sales of INLOVE.
Not upload photos, videos, or other content as set forth in INLOVE's
terms and conditions.
Claim for commissions for INLOVE sales not made or for non-existent customers.
Applying hidden charges without the customer's knowledge or consent.
Manipulating inventory to deceive INLOVE and INLOVE about sales made.
Covertly promoting competitors' products or services.
Using extreme pressure, threats, or coercion tactics to force a sale from the INLOVE social network.
Intimidating the customer into buying products or services.
Sharing or selling customers' personal information without their consent.
Using customer data in an unauthorized manner for personal or commercial purposes.
All the conditions set out in the terms and conditions of the INLOVE social network.
Rules of Interaction
Users of the INVOLVE Academy platform must always maintain professional communication standards. This includes respectful andconstructive engagement with other participants, instructors, and support staff. Harassment, abusive language, discriminatory comments, or any form of unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated. No transfer of user rights
Users are strictly prohibited from assigning, transferring, or delegating any right, obligation, or privilege granted under this agreement without obtaining the prior written consent of INVOLVE. This includes, but is not limited to, the transfer of course access, certifications, account credentials, or any associated benefits to third parties. Any attempted assignment or assignment of rights without express authorization from INVOLVE will be considered null and void, making such actions legally unenforceable. Explicit consent for advertising use

Users waive the requirement for additional approval, acknowledging that no additional compensation, financial or otherwise, will be provided for the use of their data in these contexts. Any form of misrepresentation, posting defamatory comments, or sharing content that may damage INVOLUCRE's reputation, affiliates, or stakeholders is strictly prohibited. Such actions, whether intentional or unintentional, may result in the immediate suspension of the user's account, revocation of access to course materials, and, if necessary, legal proceedings to address the damage caused to INVOLVE's reputation.
In addition, users are advised to seek prior approval before associating INVOLUCR's name, logo, or other intellectual property withtheir personal or professional social media accounts. INVOLVE reserves the right to monitor
public content and apply corrective measures if any breach of this clause is detected. All users should ensure that their onlineconduct is always aligned with INVOLVE's values and standards.
Regulatory Disclosures
INVOLVE is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. As part of this compliance, INVOLVE reserves the right to disclose user data, account information, or activity logs to regulatory authorities where required by law. If suspicious activity is identified, INVOLVE reserves the right to take immediate action, which may include account suspension,restriction of access to services, or account termination. In addition, confirmed cases of fraudulent behavior will be reported to the relevant legal and regulatory authorities for further investigation and possible legal action.
Users are required to cooperate fully with any investigation initiated by INVOLVE and provide documentation or clarifications necessary to resolve concerns. Failure to comply with these measures or repeated violations may result in permanent deactivationof the account and forfeiture of any associated benefits, including certifications or financial rights.

operations. Users who engage in such activities without approval will face immediate account suspension and potential legal consequences.

Right to Refuse Service
